“ Its very seldom that I come across customer service where the team goes above and beyond. Im not sure if he was a shift lead but looked more like a manager, but this gentleman was exceptional. I had items missing from an order but when I called he informed me they didnt have shrimp anymore and went above and beyond to make a compromise. Just amazing! ”
“ Update6162022 Thank you for making food for first responders. The fish tacos were fantastic. Update 5192022. My husband returned yesterday against my better judgment. The shrimp in the tacos were burned. The crust was unacceptable. That was it for me. I wanted to take pictures, but I was fed up. Pay attention. My husband came in from working at the hospital. First, the First Responders offer was not presented. Second, he did not ask for Cheesecake Rolls. Listen. He asked you about the Donut Bites. Once he arrived home, guess what was in the bag? It was not donut bites thats for sure. He should have checked the bag yes but you should have listened. Last night, there were no problems. The staff was fantastic. What happened overnight? “ Went late at night after a fun evening. Was greeted and served by the assistant Manager who had a great attitude for dealing with a cab full of people who had partied most the night. All of the orders where correct with no missing food. All of the food was fresh! Couldnt ask for anything more at that time of night. Thank you! ”
